About Us

Mission Statement

NorthEast Wisconsin Ultimate Frisbee Association's mission is to serve as a resource to organize, promote, and grow the sport of Ultimate at all levels of play in the greater northeast corner of Wisconsin.

Goals

Ultimate Frisbee groups exist in every city in Northeast Wisconsin; we want to be a resource that connects and unites those groups under a single organization.

Currently our largest endeavor is running our Summer League, but we also run Green Bay, Fall League, Winter Pickup, and help coordinate other levels of play from pickup games to our local men's club team Wisconsin Timber.

NEWUFA is very interested in helping local high schools start varsity teams to compete against other high schools in Wisconsin. If you want to see Ultimate at your high school, contact us and we'd love to work with you!

Our final goal is to become an official non-profit organization furthering the growth of the sport in the community. Based on the interest in the sport and the success of other similar smaller Ultimate Frisbee organizations in Wisconsin we are confident that we can succeed too. Everything that we do is to achieve this goal.

Thomas (DJ Donezo) Doro

These handsome flatballers have been running the show since Season 1 back in 2017. Usually the first at the NEWUFA fields and the last to leave, they're always doing what they can to ensure everyone's money is put to good use. Frank recently moved but is still graciously assisting behind the scenes. Thomas will be the main in-person presence and you can find him either vibing with whichever team drafts him or setting up/taking down the fields (he's not hard to spot)
